Paybee Features: Event Page

Paybee offers an all new event registration page, where, in addition to RSVPing to your event, you may also promote your other fundraising campaigns and key sponsors.

Campaigns such as silent auctions, pledge campaigns, live auction preview, raffle tickets as well as other ways to contribute are now featured in one all inclusive page for your organization.New sections are easy to add from your backend event editor and can easily be rearranged with a simple drag and drop interface.

Different color themes are also available to choose from to better highlight your organization's brand and mission.

How to Use

When you create an event in the PayBee (all kinds), it automatically creates a barebones event page. Use this guide to customize the event page in minutes.

The Event Page is broken up into the following parts:

       1. Header with registration information.

     2. Sponsors

    3. Sections of following types:

                Text section

                  FAQ

                  Image slider

                  Campaign

                  Silent Auction

                  Live Auction Preview

  

   

To edit the event page:

  1. Go to manage/events
  2. Click edit
  3. Scroll all the way to right and there is tab for "Event Page"

Registration Options:

You can add one or more registrations to the page, good example of this would be in-person registration and registration for virtual event in case of hybrid event. It supports virtual event RSVP and any ticket campaign to be added as registration.

Sections:

You can add any of the section types listed above. For campaigns, all the data will directly be picked up from the campaign settings. For text section you can format the text using some simple html tags described here.

All changes are automatically saved and you can drag and drop to reorder different sections on the page.

You can select one of the predefined themes and preview the page using preview button.
