Narika Celebrates 30 Years of Service

Narika wanted wanted the ability to display event goals and fundraising progress in the room as part of a large display. They found Paybee and were able to make use of the large screen event monitor link to show live fundraising information to their guests.

Sonya-Narika: It was great thank you and Paybee for supporting Narika with our fundraiser and making it a successful event. The whole process is very smooth and we really appreciate your support. It helped us raise I think one of our highest amounts ever for a fundraiser. So that was  huge for a small organization like ours. So thank you!

Nidhi-Paybee: Tell us about your event. How did everything work out? Check in, check out, your fund a need, your fundraising portion.

Sonya-Narika: We used PayBee for registration, which was very smooth. Helping get our attendees into the event comfortably. And then the main feature was through pledges and auction. And it was really great because we the PayBee display so we got to see all of that information coming in as people were raising in their paddles. This also made reporting very easy, easy because all of that was collected, uh, immediat

Nidhi-Paybee: How was checkout?

Sonya-Narika: Checkout has gone really well, very easy for our volunteers to scan the paddles and make that process very smooth and we're still waiting on some last donations but for the most part people have fulfilled their commitments.

Nidhi-Paybee: Great. Would you recommend PayBee to your friends in Valley and to other non-profits? So what are your thoughts?

Sonya-Narika: Yeah, I mean, absolutely, especially for an organization trying to do hybrid or even in person with some kind of a technological display. PayBee is definitely very user friendly and the staff is very supportive.
